Senior DevOps Engineer

Responsibilites
Main responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Choosing appropriate DevOps instruments trough research and proof of concepts
- Ensuring accurate DevOps standards implementation
- Developing and executing implementation plans
- Creating an automated delivery pipeline for applications portfolio
- Participating in release and delivery strategy development
- Ensuring that DevOps infrastructure meets SLA's/OLA's
- Managing a DevOps team
Requirements
Skills Required
Mandatory:
- Not less than 3 years of hands on experience with DevOps automation on multiple projects
- Not less than 7 years in IT industry
- Evidence of successful completion of projects in the following areas:
- Automated build on check-in with integrated code-quality and unit test checks and reports.
- Automated releases with appropriate Segregation of Duties practices.
- Continuous integration and Delivery.
- OS: Linux + (Bash/Python/Groovy/Perl)
- VC: GitLab or Github or Bitbucket or Stash
- Big Data: Hadoop or Spark
- Automation: Jenkins or Teamcity or Bamboo
- Containers: Docker or Vagrant or Openshift
- Configuration management: Puppet or Chef or Ansible or Salt Stack or CF Engine
- Repository: Nexus or Artifactory
- Issue Tracking: Jira
- Docker management: Kubernetes or Rancher or Docker Swarm
- ElastikStack: Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana
- Automation testing: Junit
- Code quality: SonarQube
Strong preference:
- ITIL/Agile certificates is a plus, but not a per-requisite.
- Experience in highly regulated environments or banking industry is a plus, but not a per-requisite.
