TWOJE ZADANIA:
- I proactively identify risks and opportunities that help the Commercial team make informed decisions leading todelivering local budget targets
- I review the local financial performance of the division and support to identify trends and provide insight to the commercial team
- I prepare local/CE analysis and reports on both ad-hoc and regular basis for commercial team to support the decision making process
- I collaborate with category buying managers and buyers on activities for margin delivery
- I manage the forecast, participate in budget and profit process on local level for the Commercial team
- I support to deliver plans that are fully understood and owned by the stakeholders
- I review financial controls and processes in the business functions I support to identify opportunities for improvement and mitigate the risks
- I develop new reports, process and analysis and administrate the existing ones
- I communicate with HSC on daily basis - checking the reports, help to resolve any issues
- I help to manage suppliers performance, preparing year on year comparisons, periodical trackers
- I seek for simplification opportunities in reporting and processes
- I fully understand the data sources for my reports and how they are used so that I deliver accurate information
- I proactively identify and address issues before they arise, which helps CE category finance managers and commercial teams to deliver their KPI
- Previous 2-3 years’ experience with financial planning, analysis and reporting or accounting
- University degree, preferably in Finance or Economy
- Upper Intermediate level of English (B2+)
- Strong PC skills (advanced MS Excel)
