Reporting to: Finance Managers
Position Summary:
- Responsible for professional and timely financial reporting, in each of the 5 areas listed above.
- Monitor and comment on variances to budget to help shape decisions and improvements.
- Work directly with the management of each of the various departments.
- Provide strong support in budgeting & forecasting process and business analysis – monthly and ad hoc. Drive the reporting process with the highest quality standards (accurate, complete and on time).
- Participate in projects and initiatives, including new software implementation and other financial tools. To ensure the strong financial environment by executing internal control guidelines.
- Communicate effectively and cooperate with other Avon’s companies - with the focus on Poland based entities - in the best interest of Avon.
