Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
- Responsible for the end to end RtR process
- Completion of monthly tasks including month end procedures
- Completion of ad hoc tasks as requested by the client
- Review and preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Perform a detailed review of both B/S and P/L accounts for errors, omissions or inconsistencies
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Direct contact with the client on a regular basis in relation to standard tasks and any other requested financial information
- Manage the business relationship with your counterparty on the client side
- Provide backup for your team members to cover required audit procedures and monthly tasks
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automations
- Ensure that all standardized tasks are documented in the form standard procedure
- Fluent English
- Master degree in accountancy or shared service experience is a plus
- Project experience will be an asset
- Very strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Keen on details with focus on the end to end process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly developed analytical skills and ability to work within a problem solving environment
- Ability to execute tasks from the counter party
- MS Office (mainly Excel) skills are essential
- Ability to follow written procedures very precisely
- Flexibility, especially during the reporting periods
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
