As Senior HR Specialist you will play a strategic role in improving internal clients" experience coaching managers and employees to helping them navigate through the information gathering process/problem solving approach as their queries are answered. You will act as a champion of standard global & country specific policies across the 8 EMEA. Furthermore you are responsible for the monthly transfer of information to our global payroll supplier in order to process monthly payroll.
Job Description:
• Responsible for the end to end operational HR process: processing of data changes (individual line manager or employee requests or collective requests) confirmation of changes via employment contracts and confirmation letters
• Processing of data in the HR systems/databases according to the procedures
• Providing guidance and navigation support to managers and employees
• Act as contact point for all HR matters requiring specific subject matter knowledge - involve HR specialists and ensure the assignment of the task is tracked to completion and resolution
Requirements:
• Excellent English + either Dutch/German/Spanish/Italian/French - this is a must
• Bachelor"s degree
• Minimum 2 years experience as HR Generalist, HR Operations Associate or Customer Service
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of Customer Record Management (CRM) tools & HR Software systems
• Able to absorb and apply knowledge to give correct advice on standard policies and
procedures
• Very strong customer focus, problem solving mindset
