Currently we are looking for:
Senior L3 Support Engineer with German & English
Location: Wrocław
Your role:
- to be a member of a new team in the newly launched project,
- to provide technical expertise in product issues,
- to provide support to direct customers via phone (outbound calls),
- to complete technical documentation,
- to test, organize and report the progress of on-going issues on a regular basis,
- to summarize customer comments on product features.
Your profile:
- at least 3 years of experience in support environment (preferred application support or product support),
- experience with any one of the web server: ISS, Apache, JBoss, Jetty,
- good understanding of client-server architecture,
- experience with one of the followings areas is a plus:
- AWS/ Azure Knowledge, Salesforce, Cisco Call Manager, Networking & MPLS, SIP Trunking, CCNA/MCSE,
- Fluent German & English is a must
