This is an opportunity to join a new department and be an integral part in its development in Poland.
Senior Manager - Coworking Provider

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all building operations and communicate with market support to ensure highest level of landlord satisfaction
- Support and manage the Community Manager in all topics relating to fulfil community task
- Support all local marketing efforts, including providing material for social media
- Identify and execute opportunities to connect members with each other
- Prepare building expense reports and budgets for the location – including logistics, sales, marketing and communities
- Training further employees that join the team within the mentioned location
- Solve landlords’issues to ensure a cohesive community and manage member expectations
- Lead generation and prospecting, sales pipeline management and cultivating and maintaining midsize and large business relationships
Experience & Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Up to 3-5 years of professional experience in hospitality or property (not crucial)
- Experience in managing up to 3 employees
- Strong command of English
- Strong organisation skills with the multitask projects from start to finish
- University degree
