Senior Project Manager

Responsibilites
Delivery:
- Recrutiment process initiation and driving
- Hiring pipeline tracking and regular reporting
- Focusing on Customer satisfaction and delivery, managing customer's expectations
- Raising delivery risks to customer and negotiate options
- Identifying process inefficiencies and drive solutions
- Close cooperation with Delivery Manager and vendors
Reporting:
- Regular and ad-hoc reporting
- Participation in offer preparation
- Preparation and particiapation in governance meetings
Vendor management :
- Adjusting underlying contracts with suppliers to the demands of the business
- Managing relations with suppliers and their performance scope.
- Categorizing of suppliers and contracts
- Supplier and contracts risk assessment
- Developing, negotiating and approving contracts
