Do you want to develop as a Senior PFA / Team Leader in top-tier real estate company? If yes, we are looking for you. For our client, leading real estate company we are currently looking for Senior PFA / Team Leader who is willing to work in Warsaw, Poland.

As a Senior PFA / Team Leader you will be part of new structure and be responsible for property financial activities, cooperation with asset managers and reporting directly to Head of Finance EMEA (abroad).

Your typical tasks would include: increase in quality and control over client reporting process, provide financial support for clients (property companies), such as supervising audit process, financial performance improvement, covenant monitoring, analyses etc, organizing and ensuring leadership for direct reports (2 property financial analysts), providing support in transactions, tendering, as well as supporting HoF EMEA in budgeting, planning, reporting.

We are looking for SPFA / Team Leader with 3-5 years experience in finance (Audit Big4 experience in real estate area preferred, business finance experience strong plus, international experience strong plus), fluent command of English, proactive and good team player with strong business awareness. We are looking for Candidate with strong working knowledge of business, finance and accounting fundamentals (CAS, IFRS) and excellent knowledge of MS Excel plus good command of MS PowerPoint. Ideal candidate should also be able to work independently, strongly client oriented and "to the point" person.
