For our Client International developer company we are currently looking for a person on the position of Senior Property Manager to manage their own portfolio of commercial properties:
Senior Property Manager
Your responsibilities will include:
- Property management of company’s properties – selected industrial buildings, logistic centres, warehouses,
- Working closely with landlords, building good relations,
- Invoicing & Costs Reconciliation in all properties,
- Optimizing income and profit for each property, looking for savings,
- Availability to travel around Poland,
- Reporting to the Head of Property Management.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Higher education,
- Education in Real Estate will be a plus,
- Property management license will be a plus,
- At least 4/5 years of experience in property management of industrial buildings (candidates with other type of experience will be not considered),
- Experience in technical management, leasing, budgeting & cost control,
- Strong analytical skills,
- MS Office package,
- Very good command of English is a must,
- Driving license and ability to travel in southern Poland.
