Senior QA Engineer (Manual)

You will be part of a cross-functional and self-organizing team, working directly with stakeholders in highly collaborative manner. There will be Business trips to London for team members for business knowledge transfer and on-going learning with business & technical trainings along with conference attendance.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing Test Cases
• Manual Testing of changes
• Regression testing
• Strong focus on delivery to the business
• The candidate must have a proven experience of quickly learning new technologies, systems
• Must be able to accurately and pragmatically estimate development effort required for specific objectives

Mandatory:

• Practical experience in Testing of Corporate Systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Problem solving skills

• Proven team leading experience

• The candidate must have strong analytical skills

• Understanding of the key dependencies among existing systems in terms of the flow of the data among them.
• Understanding of the 'big picture' of how and why the clients would use the data produced by the system.
• The successful candidate must be able to quickly absorb new terminology and business requirements
• Knowledge of testing methods/levels/types and process
• Understanding of the defect management process
• Good communication and analytical skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in Investment Banking is a plus
• Availability for initial business trips to London

Strategic platform in the Regulatory Reporting domain, used internally by multiple divisions and contacts with external regulators. This high profile application requires the development of a good understanding of the Investment Banking Business Domain.
