Senior Recruitment and HR Development Specialist

Senior Recruitment and HR Development Specialist is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success. Is responsible for efficient end-to-end hiring process for selected positions in the organization, provision of improvement ideas towards the hiring process, supporting of development of local talent management programs, development and delivery of local employer branding activities.

 

Tasks:
  • Cooperating in creation of recruitment strategies and independently planning whole process
  • Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes within the Center for selected different job families for Secialist, Seniors, Experts, Lidership roles
    • Clarification of hiring profiles, update of Job Descriptions
    • Posting job adverts internally and externally
    • Conducting face to face interviews with candidates
    • Supporting leaders with recruitment relates issues, providing regular updates on work status and progress
    • Providing administrative support for Assessment/Development Center sessions
    • Assisting in onboarding activities
  • Maintaining a high level relation with leaders by providing hiring recommendations
  • Promoting LGBS as employer on the market
    • Cooperating with universities in order to promote LGBS Responsibility for social media
    • Taking part in job fairs
  • Liaising with internal customers and external service providers
  • Monitoring of local SSC BPO job market
  • Preparing statistics, regular and ad hoc reports
  • And other tasks defined by supervisor
Qualifications (training/knowledge/skills):


Technical Competences

  • University diploma or equivalent
  • Min 3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in SSC/BPO organization
  • Experience in recruiting finance / procurement/ HR/ IT profiles
  • Experience and excellent skills in building and maintaining relations with leaders in multinational environment
  • Practical knowledge of SSC BPO environment
  • Good command of MS Office
  • Very Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Command of German will be an asset
