Senior/Regular QA Engineer (Manual)

Responsibilites
- Analyzing product's requirements and specifications;
- Planning and estimation of testing efforts;
- Test tools and test approach selection;
- Implementation of test process and best test practices;
- Testing documentation creation and maintenance;
- Intensive communications with QA/BA/DEV/PM;
- Identification of project risks and development of mitigation strategy for these risks;
- Escalation of project issues;
- Analyzing and improving QA process;
- Test execution;
- Reporting test results and product stability;
- Communication and coordination of work with test automation team.
Requirements
- Experience in QA (5+ years);
- Advanced knowledge and strong practical experience of web-applications testing (5+ years);
- Experience in manual testing of Backend (3+ years);
- Strong knowledge and practical experience working with SQL/XML//XPATH (3+ years);
- Strong knowledge of SQL scripting and database structure;
- Basic knowledge of approaches for web-application automated testing;
- Advanced skills of requirements analytical processing, strong knowledge of requirements management and basic practice in requirements design;
- Good experience in test design (5+ years);
- Strong knowledge of testing processes and excellent in defect tracking;
- Practical knowledge of any wide-spread bug tracking system usage (e.g. JIRA);
- Practical, basic skills of test management tools;
- Good written and spoken English: intermediate and higher;
- Strong communication skills are must;
- Experience in working with international customers
