Our client is a global IT company that establishes a new Finance Sheared Service Centre in Cracow. On behalf of the company we are looking to recruit Senior Revenue Accountant.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for assigned area of an end to end process, understand SLA requirements; ensure SLA’s are met. If issues arise, escalate timely so issues can be addressed. As Senior Revenue Accountant you will be responsible for review processes and suggest changes that can be implemented that will result in a more efficient and effective process, escalate issues through designated process, assist with operational dashboard. In your job you will ensure data for all assigned metrics are available, ensure revenue and expenses are accurately recorded, perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensure any reconciling items are addressed timely and ensure monthly close deadlines are met.
The successful Candidate should be fluent in English and have at least 3 years of experience with accounting, collections control or similar role preferable from a SSC environment. Good knowledge of Excel and Word is a must. Six Sigma certification would be an advantage. We are looking for Candidate with strong interpersonal skills and stress resistance. The right Candidate must also have good decision making, analytical and problem solving skills.
