Analyzing issues and problems reported by end-users of SAP system
Proposing & implementing solutions in the system and communicating the results to end users
Handling other service requests
Maintaining system documentation (technical, user)
Engagement in change implementation activities (test execution, test management, transport management, etc.)
Requirements
Proven experience in SAP CRM functional support
Strong German language skills (both written and spoken)
Good English language skills (both written and spoken)
Eagerness to learn
BSc/ MSc degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
Solid problem solving, technical and analytical skills
Experience in working with Clients, focus on Client satisfaction
Strong interpersonal skills
Adaptability to changes
