Responsibilites
Administering a Business Objects environment where responsibilities include:
Monitoring and Management of Business Objects Services
Monitoring and Management of Business Objects Support Queue
User management and support, including creation of new users, groups and security patterns
Management of the corporate repository including release management using Lifecycle Manager
Awareness of upgrades/patches and the application to relevant environments
Requirements
Knowledge and skills required:
Experience of the Business Objects security model and how to implement it.
Knowledge of Lifecycle Manager, its uses and working patterns.
Ability to communicate with customer to ascertain issues and resolve accordingly
Knowledge of the SAP support site and how to use it
Desirable Knowledge and Skills:
BI4 Infrastructure knowledge.
BO XI3.1 Infrastructure knowledge.
