Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the team and the delivery of managed services
- Service Level Management and analysis of historical reports to identify service improvements
- Monitoring detailed KPIs to ensure the effective day to day operations of the Service
- Cooperation with customers, assesing feedback and implementation of necessary improvements
- Ensure that systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of experience on similiar position , prefererably in service desk or customer support
- Fluent English
- University degree
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
