Your new company
Multinational company focused on telecommunication services around the world. Currently looking for a Service Request Specialist (fixed time contract – 15 months) in Warsaw.

Your new role
You will be a member of an international service delivery team, which supports global clients. Based in Warsaw, you will be responsible for managing internal and external service requests from B2B clients. Your position will be a point of contact across Sales, Technical Design and Delivery Teams. Service Request Specialist will manage incoming customer requests and orders, coordinate the implementation of service, take care of document maintenance and produce performance reports. Your role will be essential for successful bid and commercial procedures.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will have previous experience working in B2B environment in a customer service management role. Your English is fluent, you are learning fast and willing to gain knowledge in IT/Telco field. You enjoy working in a team, you are a good problem-solver and you are not afraid to deal with difficult situations and different clients. You need to be open for people with different backgrounds – your team will be international. Good work organization and knowledge of MS Office is a must.
