- Advise the Site Management Team in all aspects of Health and Safety
- Ensure managers receive trusted guidance & support on relevant SH&E matters.
- Ensure that the Site Safety Management system delivers legal and business compliance
- Lead the site risk assessment process ensuring risks are identified and control measures implemented proactively to reduce risks of accidents and ill-health
- Perform safety supervision and safety walks
- Train contractors and employees on Nestlé safety rules
- Experience on a construction site will be an value
- University Degree in Safety Health and Environment or title occupational health and safety technician
- 3 years of related experience preferred
- Upper-intermediate English level
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent organization and planning skills
