FinCube is Orbium's end-to-end solution for strategic analysis based on complete and quality-assured data. The heart of FinCube is a Financial Data Warehouse that automatically collects and validates data from different source systems across all departments. A key element of this Data Warehouse is a business-oriented data access layer that allows fast and direct access to the complete data universe for all business users.
After the introduction into our application portfolio and our development environment,
- Test case preparation based on product business requirements
- Manual testing of Java and PL/SQL based FinCube application according to given workflow
- Working with different tools like Data Warehouse Oracle database and core banking system including other end systems (CRM, Legal & Trading Systems)
- Recording bugs in Jira in line with internal policy
- Being part of young international development team using Agile methodologies
- Personal development toward extending test automation suite
- Support to Test Manager in various tasks related to Quality Assurance
- Engineer degree in IT or related subjects
- 2-5 years of experience in software testing processes
- Knowledge of testing processes (ISTQB certificate) would be a plus
- Technical background with at least basic programming skills would be an advantage
- Orientation to details and quality
- Ability to work independently, organized and results driven
- Excellent communication skills with a good command of written and spoken English is a must
