Sourcing Lead

Tasks:
- Solicit quotations and analyze contract proposals associated to the purchasing activity
- Lead risk assessment process to ensure organizational needs are met and optimized
- Establish pricing, delivery, terms and conditions to satisfy financial, quality and delivery requirements
- Process purchase orders within limit of authority
- Develop and maintain working relationships with suppliers and customers to maintain adequate source of supply
- Be point of escalation between buyers and customer
- Identify and obtain cost improvement of purchased materials and services through negotiation and process improvements
- Coordinate the team activities and manage the absence and primary task assignment when manager is not available
- Maintain and distribute weekly KPI reporting
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and contract negotiation skills
- Prior MRO, industrial services sourcing experience required
- Ability to coach small team of junior buyers/procurement team members
- Willingness to learn the MS Dynamics, Coupa and other tools used in the company
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools, specifically MS Excel
