We are seeking to recruit an open-minded and ambitious individual to strengthen global operations. Currently we are looking for one suitable candidate for the Sourcing Specialist position dedicated to support Product Sourcing Manager's from building & garden department in Warsaw office.

Opis stanowiska / Job description:
- Source and develop new products and vendors based on brief requirements
- Gain new and manage relationships with Company's key stakeholders
- Formalize and deliver sourcing plans, managing vendor performance and engagement
- Negotiate excellent cost prices for new products to achieving cost price reduction
- Negotiate commercial conditions in order to improve price competitiveness
- Develop ranges and product offers in-line with global brief using market knowledge as well as style and trend guidelines
- Strong cooperation with Quality Department and Product Sourcing Manager's in order to create and review new products and ranges
- Manage and ensure that project is deliver with satisfactory quality and on-time shipment
- Arranging and prepare visits to vendors and factories for sourcing trips
- Cooperation with international clients from foreign countries, such as: England, Russia, Germany, Turkey, Romania, Spain, France and Portugal

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:
- At least 3 years experience as Purchasing Specialist or Purchasing Assistant in DIY company or as Purchasing Specialist in production/distribution/trading company (building & garden products knowledge would be an advantage)
- Higher level of education (international business or purchasing management is preferable)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel (about 50% of time work)
- Commercial awareness and good understanding of market and customers
- Proven track record in sourcing industry or retail operations
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in Polish and English (Russian, French would be an advantage)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
- Higher level of education (international business or purchasing management is preferable)
- Strong negotiation skills
