Główne zadania:
  • Samodzielna realizacja projektów rekrutacyjnych pod kątem bieżących potrzeb biznesowych na stanowiska różnego szczebla
  • Budowanie i rozwój bazy danych kandydatów
  • Organizacja procesu wdrożenia dla nowych pracowników
  • Weryfikacja kompetencji kandydatów uczestniczących w procesach rekrutacji
  • Budowanie pozytywnego wizerunku pracodawcy (reprezentowanie pracodawcy na targach pracy, w trakcie inicjatyw studenckich i uczelnianych)
  • Udział we wdrażaniu i realizacji procesów rozwojowych pracowników (opisy stanowisk, ścieżki rozwoju pracowników, oceny okresowe)
  • Udział w identyfikowaniu potrzeb szkoleniowych, tworzenie planu szkoleń i nadzór nad jego realizacją
  • Udział w projektach i procesach HR mających na celu wdrażanie nowych praktyk, metod i narzędzi
  • Tworzenie i nadzór nad szkoleniami wprowadzającymi dla nowych pracowników
  • Uczestnictwo w projektach z obszaru HR
Nasze oczekiwania:
  • Wykształcenie wyższe (preferowane psychologia, socjologia)
  • Doświadczenie min 3 lata pracy w dziale HR na podobnym stanowisku
  • Znajomość nowych trendów w branży HR
  • Znajomość narzędzi psychometrycznych – mile widziane
  • Komunikatywność, kreatywność, zaangażowanie
  • Umiejętność dostosowania się do dynamicznego środowiska
  • Umiejętność efektywnego działania pod presją czasu
  • Duża samodzielność i inicjatywa
  • Znajomość j. angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym pracę w środowisku międzynarodowym
