Opis stanowiska:
przyjmowanie zleceń serwisowych;
rejestrowanie zgłoszeń serwisowych w systemie zgłoszeń;
informowanie klienta o bieżącym statusie naprawy, planowanej wizycie serwisowej itp.;
prowadzenie dokumentacji serwisowej;
aktywne monitorowanie stacji ładowania w dedykowanej aplikacji.
Profil Kandydata:
wykształcenie - minimum średnie, mile widziane techniczne o profilu informatyka/elektrotechnika lub pokrewne;
bardzo dobra znajomość języka obcego: angielski, niemiecki, hiszpański lub francuski - minimum B2;
umiejętność analitycznego myślenia;
wysokie umiejętności interpersonalne;
gotowość do pracy w systemie dwuzmianowym 12-godzinnym.
