Specjalista ds. obsługi Klienta
(język francuski, niderlandzki, włoski)

Miejsce pracy: Poznań

Do głównych zadań Specjalisty należeć będzie przyjmowanie zleceń, analiza oraz obsługa telefoniczna i mailowa oraz czat’ów dla obcojęzycznych Klientów, współpraca z działem wsparcia i serwisu, inicjowanie standaryzacji prowadzonych kontaktów.

 

Oczekiwania wobec kandydatów:

  • biegła znajomość jednego z języków (francuski, niderlandzki, włoski)

  • samodzielność, skrupulatność, proaktywność i dokładność

  • bardzo dobra organizacja pracy

  • komunikatywność i łatwość budowania relacji z klientem

  • mile widziana podstawowa wiedza z zakresu urządzeń i komponentów elektronicznych
