Specjalista ds. obsługi klienta - język niemiecki

Miejsce pracy: Knurów

 

Opis stanowiska

Do obowiązków osoby zatrudnionej na powyższym stanowisku należy: 
  • kontakt z klientem niemieckojęzycznym,
  • monitorowanie sprzedaży na istniejących platformach,
  • sporządzanie ofert handlowych,
  • podejmowanie działań handlowych.

Wymagania

 
  • bardzo dobra znajomość jęz. niemieckiego w mowie i w piśmie (warunek konieczny),
  • doświadczenie w obsłudze klienta/ handlu,
  • łatwość nawiązywania kontaktów, umiejętność pracy w zespole, dobra organizacja pracy własnej,
  • dobra znajomość obsługi komputera,
  • czynne prawo jazdy kat. B (mile widziane),
  • znajomość branży grzewczej i sanitarnej (mile widziana).
