Specjalista ds. Obsługi Klienta VIP
Miejsce pracy: Poznań

Pracownik zatrudniony na stanowisku Specjalista ds. Obsługi Klienta VIP odpowiedzialny będzie za współpracę z naszymi najbardziej prestiżowymi Klientami w zakresie organizacji ich podróży oraz czasu wolnego.

Pracę możesz wykonywać w jednym z miast: Rzeszów, Kraków, Warszawa, Poznań.

 

Wymagania:
  • doświadczenie we współpracy z Klientem VIP
  • dobre zdolności organizacyjne i interpersonalne
  • zorientowanie na Klienta
  • rozwinięte umiejętności sprzedażowe
  • dyspozycyjność o różnych porach dnia i nocy
  • umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu
  • zdolności negocjacyjne
  • kreatywność, upór, dyskrecja, zaangażowanie
  • znajomość języka angielskiego i / lub innego języka obcego w stopniu zaawansowanym
  • czynne prawo jazdy kategorii B

  • organizowanie podróży biznesowych i prywatnych Klientów VIP
  • organizowanie czasu wolnego Klientów VIP
  • doradzanie w aspekcie dopasowania produktów do potrzeb Klienta VIP
  • reprezentowanie Why Not TRAVEL przed Klientami VIP podczas bezpośrednich spotkań
  • zbieranie opinii Klientów VIP i współpraca nad wprowadzaniem ulepszeń w oparciu o te opinie
  • ścisła współpraca z pozostałymi działami firmy
  • negocjowanie warunków umów z dostawcami usług
  • przygotowywanie dokumentów do rozliczeń
