Specjalista ds. obsługi klienta zagranicznego
Miejsce pracy: Poznań
Opis stanowiska:
Przyjmowanie, planowanie i koordynowanie zleceń serwisowych (napraw i czyszczenia mieszalników do farb),
Bieżący kontakt z klientem w sprawie problemów technicznych,
Dbanie o terminowość wykonywanych zleceń,
Kontrola raportów po wykonywanych pracach serwisowych, wyjaśnianie różnic, sporządzanie zestawień,
Organizacja zleceń transportowych,
Odwiedzanie klientów zagranicznych w celu utrzymywania relacji biznesowych oraz pozyskiwanie nowych klientów.
Wymagania:
Znajomość języka angielskiego lub niemieckiego w stopniu umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację telefoniczną i mailową,
Mile widziane osoby z zainteresowaniami technicznymi, majsterkowaniem,
Sprawna obsługa komputera (zwłaszcza program Excel),
Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy i umiejętność planowania pracy,
Dokładność i sumienność,
Możliwość wyjazdów służbowych do Niemiec i Holandii. Średnio raz na kwartał.
