Zadania:
rekrutacja nowych pracowników na stanowiska produkcyjne i biurowe,
redagowanie ogłoszeń oraz poszukiwanie nowych źródeł pozyskiwania kandydatów,
koordynacja zatrudnienia pracowników,
przygotowywanie ewidencji czasu pracy,
udzielanie pracownikom informacji dotyczących zagadnień kadrowych,
tworzenie raportów oraz zestawień dotyczących zatrudnienia,
udział w tworzeniu działu HR i procedur,
wsparcie kadry menadżerskiej w zakresie zarządzania i rozwoju personelu.
Wymagania:
doświadczenie w pracy w dziale personalnym i rekrutacji,
preferowane wykształcenie wyższe,
bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego,
wiedza z zakresu rekrutacji i prawa pracy,
dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office w szczególności Excel,
dobra organizacja pracy własnej,
komunikatywność,
umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu
