Co będzie należało do Twoich zadań?
Poszukiwanie i nawiązywanie współpracy z firmami (rekrutacyjnymi/agencjami pracy/pośrednikami) w kraju i za granicą, zajmującymi się pozyskiwaniem cudzoziemców do pracy w Polsce.
Bezpośrednia rekrutacja pracowników z obszarów Europy Wschodniej.
Wyjazdy zagraniczne w celu przeprowadzania rozmów rekrutacyjnych, testów wiedzy i sprawdzania umiejętności kandydatów do pracy.
Załatwianie niezbędnych formalności związanych z legalnym pobytem w Polsce i zatrudnieniem cudzoziemców w Grupie Kapitałowej Mostostalu Zabrze.
Załatwianie wszelkich spraw związanych z pobytem cudzoziemców w kraju np.: transport, zakwaterowanie, inne.
Jakich kandydatów poszukujemy?
Wykształcenie średnie lub wyższe, mile widziane techniczne.
Doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku będzie dodatkowym atutem.
Biegła znajomość języka Ukraińskiego / Rosyjskiego.
Mile widziana komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego.
Gotowość do częstych wyjazdów służbowych.
Prawo jazdy kategorii B.
