SPECJALISTA DS. REKRUTACJI HR Z JĘZYKIEM NIEMIECKIM
Zadania:
Realizowanie projektów rekrutacyjnych,
Kompleksowa obsługa klientów niemieckojęzycznych,
Telefoniczny i mailowy kontakt z aktualnymi klientami w języku niemieckim,
Weryfikacja znajomości języka niemieckiego kandydatów do pracy,
Przygotowywanie profili kandydatów w języku niemieckim,
Koordynacja i pomoc w rozwiązywaniu problemów klientów oraz pracowników
Wymagania:
Dyspozycyjność od poniedziałku – do piątku
Biegła znajomość języka niemieckiego w mowie i piśmie (warunek konieczny)
Wykształcenie wyższe min. licencjat
Wysoko rozwinięte kompetencje komunikacyjne
Profesjonalizm, entuzjazm, zaangażowanie, sumienność i systematyczność
