Zadania:
samodzielne realizowanie kontraktów w ramach pracy tymczasowej,
realizacja projektów rekrutacyjnych dla Klientów w Polsce i za granicą,
bieżąca współpraca z aktualnymi Klientami Agencji,
współuczestniczenie w procesach rekrutacji i selekcji pracowników na stanowiska średniego i wyższego szczebla,
współpraca z działem sprzedaży w ramach ustalania stawek i dostępności personelu o odpowiednich kwalifikacjach.
Wymagania:
doświadczenie w prowadzeniu projektów rekrutacyjnych - zdobyte w agencji pracy tymczasowej / doradztwa personalnego,
dobra znajomość języka angielskiego lub/i niemieckiego – warunek konieczny.
wykształcenie wyższe lub student zaoczny (socjologia, psychologia, ekonomia),
samodzielność i odpowiedzialność,
bardzo dobra organizacja pracy własnej,
gotowość do pracy pod presją czasu,
prawo jazdy kat. B.
