Specjalista ds. Rekrutacji IT

Kluczowe zadania:
Samodzielne prowadzenie projektów rekrutacyjnych na stanowiskach z obszaru IT, w tym:
tworzenie i publikowanie ogłoszeń rekrutacyjnych,
organizowanie kalendarza spotkań rekrutacyjnych,
prowadzenie wstępnych rozmów z kandydatami w celu weryfikacji dopasowania do profilu stanowiskowego,
poszukiwania nowych kanałów pozyskiwania, w tym direct search,
współpraca z uczelniami i biurami karier w zakresie pozyskania potencjalnych pracowników.
Koordynowanie oraz rozwijanie programów ukierunkowanych na wzmacnianie motywacji pracowników, atmosfery oraz integracji w zespole.
Współpraca z wewnętrznymi działami, zespołami projektowymi oraz partnerami biznesowymi.
Oczekiwania:
Doświadczenie w realizacji projektów rekrutacyjnych w IT – minimum 2 lata.
Znajomość narzędzi i sposobów dotarcia do kandydatów – specjalistów IT oraz umiejętność wykorzystania ich w praktyce.
Znajomość języka angielskiego.
Wysokie umiejętności interpersonalne.
Nastawienie na budowanie relacji i umiejętność pracy w zespole.
