Aktywne poszukiwanie kandydatów (direct search) z wykorzystaniem portali społecznościowych oraz bazy CoolPeople
Przeprowadzanie wywiadów telefonicznych/spotkań f2f z kandydatami oraz ich wstępna weryfikacja pod kątem doświadczenia
Przygotowywanie ofert pracy i zamieszczanie ich na portalach pracy
Systematyczna komunikacja z kandydatami oraz budowanie trwałych relacji
Bieżące uzupełnianie informacji w systemie w celu zapewnienia przepływu niezbędnych informacji dotyczących wykonanych działań
Koordynacja spotkań kandydatów z Klientami
Wymagania
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (w mowie i piśmie), znajomość drugiego języka obcego jest dużym atutem
Doświadczenie w obszarze rekrutacji jest mile widziane
Wysoki poziom umiejętności komunikacyjnych i interpersonalnych
Zorientowanie na realizację celów, rzetelność w wykonywaniu pracy oraz otwarty umysł
