Opis stanowiska
Udział w międzynarodowych projektach rekrutacyjnych z uwzględnieniem różnorodnych narzędzi (direct search, media społecznościowe)
Przygotowywanie dokumentacji pracowniczej oraz wdrażanie nowych pracowników
Wsparcie managerów i pracowników w zakresie polityki personalnej
Prowadzenie działań Employer Brandingowych oraz koordynacja komunikacji wewnętrznej firmy
Koordynacja planów szkoleniowych
Wymagania
Dwuletnie doświadczenie w samodzielnym prowadzeniu procesów rekrutacyjnych
Doświadczenie w pracy z klientem wewnętrznym
Doświadczenie w działaniach Employer Brandingowych (udział w targach pracy oraz współpraca z uczelniami)
Znajomość zagadnień związanych z prawem pracy
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
Umiejętność komunikacji oraz pracy w zespole
Umiejętność budowania relacji na różnych poziomach organizacji
Zaangażowanie w wykonywane zadania oraz zdolność szybkiego uczenia się
Skrupulatność oraz sumienność.
