Opis stanowiska:
realizacja projektów rekrutacyjnych na stanowiska IT,
aktywne poszukiwanie kandydatów na rynku pracy,
wstępna selekcja kandydatów i prowadzenie rozmów rekrutacyjnych,
tworzenie i zamieszczanie ogłoszeń rekrutacyjnych,
budowanie długofalowych relacji z kandydatami,
udział w targach pracy, wydarzeniach związanych z rekrutacją,
prowadzenie działań budujących pozytywny wizerunek firmy na rynku IT.
Wymagania:
doświadczenie w rekrutacji specjalistów IT,
znajomość metod i źródeł aktywnego pozyskiwania kandydatów,
umiejętność nawiązywania i budowania relacji z kandydatami,
dobra znajomość języka angielskiego,
wysoki poziom umiejętności interpersonalnych i umiejętność pracy w zespole,
samodzielność i umiejętność organizacji pracy,
otwartość i kreatywne podejście do działań rekrutacyjnych.
