Jako członek zespołu zajmującego się rekrutacją do wewnętrznych struktur IBM BTO będziesz się zajmować:
aktywnym pozyskiwaniem kandydatów z unikalnymi kompetencjami językowymi (z wykorzystaniem portali społecznościowych, szczególnie Linkedin)
kompleksowym prowadzeniem procesów rekrutacyjnych
wstępną weryfikacją aplikacji poprzez wywiady telefoniczne
koordynacją i przeprowadzeniem wywiadów rekrutacyjnych (na żywo i przez wideokonferencje)
utrzymaniem bazy CV poprzez budowanie długotrwałych relacji z kandydatami
tworzeniem i publikowaniem ogłoszeń rekrutacyjnych
wsparciem i doradztwem dla managerów zatrudniających
prowadzeniem wszelkich czynności administracyjnych związanych z procesem rekrutacji
