Specjalista ds. rekrutacji


Miejsce pracy: Rzeszów


Zadania:

  • Realizowanie projektów rekrutacyjnych,

  • Redagowanie i zamieszczanie ogłoszeń o pracę,

  • Umawianie spotkań oraz prowadzenie rozmów kwalifikacyjnych,

  • Współpraca z Urzędami Pracy, agencjami zatrudnienia.

Wymagania:

  • Mile widziane doświadczenie w realizowaniu projektów rekrutacyjnych,

  • Praktyczna znajomość MS Excel, portali rekrutacyjnych oraz ogłoszeniowych,

  • Sprawność w obsłudze komputera oraz prowadzenia rozmów telefonicznych,

  • Duża samodzielność w działaniu, umiejętność współpracy,

  • Prawo jazdy kat. B.
