Zadania:
Do zadań Specjalisty zatrudnionego na tym stanowisku należeć będzie:
- bieżącą współpraca z managerami firmy w celach realizacji potrzeb rekrutacyjnych;
- współpraca z działem HR w temacie planowania zatrudnień Pracowników w firmie;
- rekrutacja i selekcja Kandydatów na stanowiska specjalistyczne z obszaru IT.
Wymagania:
- biegła znajomość języka angielskiego;
- doświadczenie w prowadzeniu procesów rekrutacyjnych;
- mile widziane doświadczenie w rekrutacji specjalistów obszaru IT;
- komunikatywność;
- umiejętność pracy w zespole;
- orientacja na cel.
