Specjalista ds. rekrutacji
Miejsce pracy: Środa Śląska
Zakres obowiązków:
Prowadzenie projektów rekrutacyjnych na stanowiska niższego i wyższego szczebla, w tym: tworzenie i publikacja ogłoszeń, selekcja aplikacji kandydatów, przeprowadzanie wywiadów telefonicznych, rozmów kwalifikacyjnych i rekomendowanie najlepszych kandydatów;
Prowadzenie procesu wdrożenia nowych pracowników do organizacji;
Prowadzenie niezbędnych ewidencji i rejestrów związanych z rekrutacją;
Praca z kalendarzem Managera HR (umawianie spotkań do w/w kalendarza)
Opracowywanie i wdrażanie rozwiązań z obszaru rekrutacji oraz najlepszych praktyk HR;
Bieżące wsparcie kadry zarządzającej w kwestiach związanych z rozpoznaniem potrzeb rekrutacji;
Dbanie o przestrzeganie wewnętrznych zasad i procedur w zakresie realizacji polityki personalnej;
Współpraca z instytucjami i firmami zewnętrznymi, niezbędna do realizacji zadań z dziedziny rekrutacji HR;
Wsparcie procesów pozyskiwania kandydatów, z wykorzystaniem szerokiego spectrum metod dostępnych na rynku.
Oczekiwania:
Minimum 2 letnie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku;
Znajomość metod i narzędzi rekrutacyjnych;
Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office(szczególnie Excel);
Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy;
Energia, entuzjazm w działaniu, kreatywność i elastyczność oraz dobra komunikacja interpersonalna;
Wysoka odporność na stres;
Gotowość do podjęcia współpracy w oparciu o działalność gospodarczą.
