Opis stanowiska
realizację procesów rekrutacyjnych,
poszukiwanie / identyfikacje Kandydatów z wykorzystaniem metod bezpośrednich,
dobór oraz tworzenie narzędzi rekrutacyjnych,
współpracę z zewnętrznymi partnerami (uczelnie wyższe, biura karier, urzędy pracy, inne),
redagowanie i publikacja ogłoszeń,
obsługa bieżących klientów zgodnie ze standardami firmy.
Wymagania
wykształcenie wyższe, mile widziane wykształcenie kierunkowe z obszaru Zarządzania Zasobami Ludzkimi, Psychologii i / lub pokrewne,
doświadczenie w samodzielnym realizowaniu procesów rekrutacyjnych na stanowiska różnego szczebla,
wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne, zdolności budowania relacji z Kandydatami oraz właściwej oceny Kandydatów pod kątem różnych stanowisk pracy,
wysoko rozwinięte zdolności analityczne,
praktyczna znajomość nowoczesnych metod i narzędzi rekrutacji,
samodzielność oraz umiejętność pracy w trybie wielozadaniowym,
kreatywność i elastyczność w realizacji obowiązków,
odporność na stres oraz umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu,
dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office.
