Główne obowiązki:
Utrzymanie i rozwój kultury korporacyjnej i marki pracodawcy
Rekrutacja pracowników medycznych: lekarz, pielęgniarka, inny personel: administrator, sprzątaczka
Przetwarzanie przychodzących CV
Publikowanie ofert pracy (strony wyszukiwania pracy, sieci społecznościowe, inne grupy)
Przeprowadzanie rozmów kwalifikacyjnych, ocena cech osobistych i zawodowych kandydatów
Negocjowanie warunków współpracy, przygotowywanie i podpisywanie umów z pracownikami
Analiza rynku pod kątem poziomu wynagrodzeń
Weryfikacja okresu próbnego zatrudnionych pracowników
Nasze wymagania:
Doświadczenie w rekrutacji
Znajomość MS Office, głównie MS Excel; google docs
Znajomość j. ukraińskiego - warunek konieczny, znajomość j. polskiego min B2
Zdolność sprawnego określania priorytetów
Umiejętność współpracy
Sumienność i dokładność
