uzupełnianie bazy danych kandydatów i dbanie o wysoką jakość danych
Wymagania:
min. 1 lata doświadczenia w realizacji całościowych projektów rekrutacyjnych
doświadczenie w wyszukiwaniu kandydatów metodami bezpośrednimi (direct search)
umiejętność nawiązywania i budowania relacji z klientami oraz kandydatami
znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie swobodnej komunikacji bezpośredniej, mailowej i telefonicznej
mile widziana znajomość rynku pracy IT
nastawienie na osiąganie wyznaczonych celów
