Currently for our Client, fast growing SSC in Poznan, in connection with a new project, we are looking for Candidates for a position of Sales Support Specjalist with Italian
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with a wide variety of back-office and processes on a daily basis;
- creating and maintaining positive relations with customers;
- handling incoming phone calls / e-mails from customers regarding sales issues;
- contribute to the sales plan monitoring, forecasting, and pipeline generation process
- maintenance of contracts & catalogues in SAP/SRM;
- order Management.
Requirements:
- University degree (relevant subject of studies preferred);
- fluency in Italian and good level of English;
- previous experience in sales support/back office/customer service area;
- knowledge of SAP would be a great asset;
- willingness to expand skills and knowledge.
