What You’ll Do
Are you interested in accelerating the growth of solar energy in EMEA? Do you have a passion to maximize sales opportunities? In this role, you’ll identify and secure partnerships to accelerate adoption, lead the charge in developing and executing a market strategy and negotiate and close high-value deals. Your expertise in the EMEA solar industry and market dynamics will enable you to anticipate trends, adapt to regulatory changes, and unlock new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to accelerate API adoption and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and engage with potential partners, including solar developers, utilities and technology providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, industry leaders and key decision-makers.
- Negotiate, prepare and close partnership agreements to expand market presence and deliver results.
- Collaborate with internal product, engineering and marketing teams to ensure successful API integration and partner success.
What You Bring to the Role
- 5+ years business development in the European solar or distributed energy sector
- Strong network of contacts within the EMEA solar market and an understanding of market dynamics
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and delivering on business development goals
- Knowledge of the European solar regulatory landscape and emerging market trends
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English and a second European language
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Poland
