Job description:
Typical client projects include:
- Development and implementation of corporate strategies, preparation of business models and scenarios
- Developing and implementation of sales & marketing strategies (preparing recommendations on, i.e., products, product portfolios, sales channels, market targeting, KPIs policies)
- Supporting clients with introducing new products to the market
- Performance improvement (resources, organizational structures analysis)
On top of projects delivery management, responsibilities also include:
- Developing client engagements
- Contributing to firms though tleadership
- Developing new consulting offering
Who we are looking for:
- Educated to an university degree (economics, finance), postgraduate qualifications will be an asset
- 5-8 years of professional experience gained in an international recognized strategic consulting company
- Experience in strategic and operational consulting (with focus on sales & marketing, strategies, performance improvement)
- Experience in execution projects in pharmaceutical/healthcare/trade/FMCG industry will be anasset
- Experience in successful managing / developing business relations on the executive level
- Self-starter with personal drive to achieve targets
- Cooperative and able to forge relationships with co-workers from diverse backgrounds (including non-consulting)
- Very good presentation skills
- Fluency in English and Polish
