- Acting as Subject Matter Expert in the team
- Intake & analyze Customer Requests / Cases via Telephone Calls
- Answer Call and create Customer Case
- Check Customer details & collect problem information
- Resolve problem in first line
- If needed dispatch case to & track second line
- Callback to Customers for follow-up & closure
- Manage & follow-up on Customer Cases
- Close Customer Cases when completed
What do we expect?
- Fluent French (C1) and very good English (B2+) (written and oral)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and oral)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Team work skills and ability to work in multicultural environment
- MS Office (Excel) skills would be an asset
