Our Client, a major international company, is a leader in healthcare sector. To maximize its growth potential, we are currently looking for Supply Chain Analyst. This person will be reporting directly to Planning Manager CE.
- Partner with sales organization to gather and challenge Marketing Intelligence to create a high quality demand forecast
- Input data into forecasting system in line with demand management guidelines and regional calendar
- Maintain agreed stock level of finished goods in the distribution center
- Work closely with production planning and manufacturing teams to secure product availability to fulfill end customer orders
- Manage Material Board Review process to meet financial targets and limit discard value
- Work closely with finance community to align logistic and financial forecast by identifying gaps, opportunities, assumptions
- Identify process gaps and implement solution to enhance results
- Participate in cross functional continues improvement initiatives
- Lead in projects that aim is to improve supply chain performance
- Participate in Sales and Operations Planning process to provide Senior management team with possible trade of decision in case gap between demand and supply plan
- Lead demand planning calls to collect and understand forecast signal from the market
- Provide any analysis related to supply chain
- Bachelor or Master Degree in business or other technical discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations planning, logistics or manufacturing
- Experience with forecasting methodology and supply chain concepts combined with understanding of their inter-relationship in finance and operations
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills
- Experience with demand and/or operations planning applications, database management tools, spreadsheet applications, and report writing tools
- Fluency in English
- Disciplined, independent in executing tasks, but also a strong team player
- Driven to deliver high quality service
- Advanced skills in Excel
