Our Client, a major international company, is a leader in healthcare sector. To maximize its growth potential, we are currently looking for Supply Chain Analyst. This person will be responsible for providing a high quality rolling demand forecast data, maintain agreed stock level of finished goods in the distribution center and cooperate with production planning and manufacturing division to ensure product availability to fulfill end customer orders.
Opis stanowiska / Job description:
- Partner with sales organization to gather and challenge Marketing Intelligence to create a high quality demand forecast:
* Agree Demand Calls Calendar with business
* Lead demand planning calls to collect and understand forecast signal from the market
* Prepare recommendation for forecast and challenge the commercial forecast numbers
* Collect best knowledge from Local Marketing / Sales and RA teams
* Participate in Demand Consensus calls with Regional Teams
- Work closely with finance community to align logistic and financial forecast by identifying gaps, opportunities, assumptions
- Participate in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to provide Senior Management team with possible trade of decision in case gap between demand and supply plan
- Input data into forecasting system in line with demand management guidelines and regional calendar

- Identify process gaps and implement solution to enhance results
- Participate in cross functional continues improvement initiatives, implement new solutions for Demand and Supply Planning
- Provide any analysis related to supply chain

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in business or other technical discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations planning, logistics or manufacturing
- Experience with forecasting methodology and supply chain concepts combined with understanding of their inter-relationship in finance and operations
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills
- Experience with demand and/or operations planning applications, database management tools, spreadsheet applications, and report writing tools
- Fluency in English
- Disciplined, independent in executing tasks, but also a strong team player
- Driven to deliver high quality service
- Advanced skills in Excel and Access
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations planning, logistics or manufacturing
- Experience with forecasting methodology and supply chain concepts combined with understanding of their inter-relationship in finance and operations
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills
