The department is expected to become a Center of Excellence in the global structures in the near future. Supply Chain is supporting sales process and operations on daily basis starting from forecasting through order scheduling and management, securing material availability up to shipping.

Supply Chain System Coordinator

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
Supply Chain System Coordinator performs multiple activities including: revision of booked orders in regards to materials availability, holding placement and customer requested ship date, ensuring smooth transition of the related processes to the new integrated supply chain support system. He/she prioritizes materials reservation to make sure orders get to customers on time. He/she works closely with internal departments to realize total customer satisfaction.Scope of Responsibilities:
• Checking stock availability for booked and forecasted orders.
• Prioritizing materials reservations.
• Release customer orders to distribution center to be processed and shipped on time.
• Manage products changes (cancellation and up revision).
• Work with order management team in regards to changes in orders, correct set-up in Oracle system and requested ship date by customers.
• Cooperate closely with supply planners and purchasing in regards to materials shortages and availability.
• Cooperate closely with distribution center and transportation teams on shipments prioritization.

• Minimum 3 Years of experience in relevant field (purchasing/logistics/supply chain)

• Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise system (ERP) will be an advantage
